Ryan wins on 7th Continent!

Ryan Sandes has just won the 83km La Advance Trail of the North Face Transgrancanaria,

and become the first person in history to win an ultra-marathon trail run on EVERY continent in the world.

Ed - if you can pronounce the name of this event, you are'nt training hard enough!
